Jitsu Academy
Our Jitsu Academy locations offer men, women and kids of all ages and fitness levels the opportunity to challenge themselves both mentally and physically in the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. We strive to foster this in a relaxed and positive atmosphere.
The first Jitsu Academy location was opened in 2017 by Danilo and Jessica Cherman and is based in Wallingford, CT. It is now owned and operated by Oswaldo Jurema. Our second location opened in Columbia, South Carolina in January 2022, and in April 2024, a third Jitsu Academy location opened in Cromwell, CT.
